STUDIO APARTMENTS
Our studio apartments are located inside the Harvest House Colonial property and vary in price and size.
​
Each one has it's own unique built in kitchen with fridge, gas cook stove, sink and pots and pans and dishes to cook and eat with.
​
Some have sofa chairs, rocking chairs, couches and breakfast tables and some have work desks as well.
​
Each space has strong working wifi and some have a tv with cable.
​
All units are cleaned twice a week and we provide all your linens and change them once a week.
​
Our most basic studio is only $280 per month and our most standard studio is $330 per month with our largest one at $400. It's an additional $30 per month for an extra person.
​
Some studios have hot water showers included and some have air conditioning which is an extra $150 per month.
​
Our price per night ranges from only $25 for our most basic up to $45 for our nicest one.

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT
Our largest space was converted into the live-in suite one bedroom apartment and is located on the second floor with private stairway and private balcony overlooking our garden.
​
It has it's own large, full sized kitchen with a gas stove with 6 burners, fridge, sink and fully stocked cabinets.
​
The dining room is in between the kitchen and living room in one large space with a bench style table with seating for six people.
​
The living room has daybed, sofa chairs and rocking chairs and a tv with cable. There is strong wifi throughout the space.
​
The bedroom is off the living room and is a very large space with a queen bed, large dresser and are to hang clothes. The bedroom has a split AC unit. The bathroom has a hot water shower.
​
All units are cleaned twice a week and we provide all your linens and change them once a week.
​
Our one bedroom is $600 per month with AC and $450 without. We offer a weekly rate of $250 and nightly rate of $40.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS
We have two separate units available and both of them are in separate locations with private entrances and parking.
​
All units are cleaned twice a week and we provide all your linens and change them once a week.
​
One of them is more cozy, but nice and airtight with a split AC unit in your living room. There is a nice kitchen, table with four chairs and small sofa with cable tv and very strong wifi.
- The bathroom is off of the kitchen.
- The master bedroom has a antique double bed set with night stands and a closet.
- The guest bedroom has a bunk bed that can be taken down to just one single bed and closet.
- The price per month is $450, but not including electric.

The other unit is pretty large and spacious with many windows and your own garage/patio. It has a nice kitchen and table with four chairs and large sofa with tv and strong wifi.
- The bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms.
- Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large closet and book shelf.
- Guest bedroom has two single beds and a third can be added and a large closet.
- The price is $500 per month, not including electricity.
